We stock inventory in our office in Seoul and ship within hours of receiving your order. All items displayed on the our shop are typically in stock and available.
Orders sent to South Korea addresses usually arrive within 1 to 2 days and international orders typically arrive in 5 to 10 days.
We work with various freight companies to keep our shipping rates low, even on international orders. You will see the cost we apply for shipping in the shopping cart before you approve your order for payment processing.
Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority, and while returns and exchanges are accepted, we do have the following requirements: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All clothing and merchandise must not have been worn, washed, or damaged to be eligible for store credit. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange any items. Carefully read the following instructions to make any returns or exchanges go as seamlessly as possible:
FIRST CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT email@example.com WITH A SHORT EXPLANATION OF WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM.
You will then be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address. You must include the RMA number along with a copy of your packing slip. Upon receiving your items, we will notify you through email and give you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase. Instances of manufacturing defects will also be eligible for a full refund on your credit card. NOTE THAT ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT.
Please be aware that all orders are final. Once an order has been processed, a customer may not cancel or receive any reimbursement or refund with respect to that order.
